Forgot to explain that the email address for one councilor was not displayed on the Indianapolis/Marion County website, hence the fact I was unable to email 1 of the 29 councillors, and who happened to be the Council President. (or is it spelled councilors? need to look this up....) Least he was on our side, and also voted against the ban expansion!
