I don't know, but IMHO, you seem to be in a mad rush to the... bottom.
I mean... if you choose your focuses appropriately, you can cast anything in a pretty negative light. What's negative may be in the eye of the beholder,... yes, I suppose,... however,...
I mean... because some priests are pedophiles, and religion has been responsible for instigating many wars... none of us should read the Bible, nor recite the Gospels. No more wearing a cross in public... The Catholic Church, and other churches, should all be censored for their crimes against humanity.
Now, don't try to confuse the issue by bringing up Catholic Charities, or the charitable organizations of other religious organizations. No, religion is a bad thing, and we should only hear the facts concerning the horrors perpetrated on humanity by religion.
I'm espousing an view I don't agree with to make a point here. Should we just stop saying we think the things we like can be good and worthwhile,... and just echo the voices of those who wish to mock us, and only have the negatives of what we like shown and aired?
