If "slutty" is the adjective that best fits in your opinion, then no problem saying so here (at least you didn't title your post "Innocent Young Lady Sucking Hard" as the post above yours was originally titled). To answer your first question, I would call that style of smoking a "sensual style". However, more in line with the premise of your message, I think a good name for it would be a "flashy style of smoking".
