Are any of the rest of you in the U.S. saving up your empty hard packs for the arrival of whatever ugliness our cigarettes are likely to come packaged in at some point? Trouble is, I have yet to master the technique of transferring the fresh 20 in their foil to the empty pack. I'd like to get it down to a smooth ten-second ritual,
