During the past few years there have been a number of really good looking high school and college girls that have worked at the local grocery store that I usually go to. But believe it or not, I know of only one smoker, Mandy who works in the front office. Mandy is a Marlboro Menthol Light smoker who I've seen smoking outside the store on her breaks for the past three years. She loves smoking, has no plans on quitting and smokes up to a pack and a half per day.
Three years ago, a very cute and shy high school girl named Jennie started working as a checker. It took me a while to get to know her because she was so shy, but boy is she cute! And as time went on, we became friends.
About two months ago I joined Mandy for a cigarette outside the store when I noticed Jennie rushing inside. Jokingly I said, "Why don't you join us for a cigarette" and she said, 'I wish, but I'm in a rush!" I had no idea that Jennie smoked!!!! So I went inside and asked how long she's been smoking, and she said since her senior year in high school and her mom hates it, but she loves it! I told her I was going to Florida and would she want me to buy her a carton since they're much cheaper down there? She loved the idea!
And I ended up getting her the carton, but I still have never seen Jennie smoke. I get the feeling that she likes to keep it quiet around work and I have no idea if she even smokes while at the grocery store.
Jennie is your typical "cute girl next store" that would shock anybody when they found it she was smoker. And what shocks me more is that she actually smoked in high school. I've known a few "shy" high school girls that lost their shyness in college and started to smoke, but the fact that Jennie smoked in high school still shocks me. And in fact, I'm still shocked that she's smokes now. She's still quiet and shy, but those are the type of smokers I love. Just to bad I'm not in my 20's!
