I have to disagree, as it isn't legal(least in today's world) to sell ANY cigarettes to anyone under 18. The FDA flavored cigarette ban is absolutely ridiculous, and just discriminates against smokers who like clove and flavored cigarettes.
BTW, I still see plenty of stores selling off their remaining stock of flavored and clove cigarettes, even post-FDA ban(Sep. 22nd). Which exactly proved how I knew all along this flavored cigarette ban was gonna be very unenforceable! Not to mention(and shhhhh, trying to keep this on the down-low), the PACT Act still hasn't passed the Senate and gotten Obama's signature, so there's another loophole us smokers can use for now....
