I disagree with your premise Lee. Back in the good ole days it was common to see women that attractive who were smokers. The majority of beautiful women were smokers IMHO. Even today, though there are definitely less smokers than in the good ole days, there are still many beautiful women who are smokers. I don't know if it is the majority any more, but many of the most beautiful women in the world are smokers (I'd love to be a fly on the wall backstage at any fashion model event).
