Ha, I can't be surprised to hear that! Of course, antis are now gonna go up in arms about this, if a proposed law to ban all tobacco products in the North Dakota Legislature several years ago is any indication. When that occurred, all the big anti groups(including the American Cancer Society) campaigned against this law, since they knew of course if tobacco products are banned, there goes their government funding grants, and their alliance with major pharmaceutical companies. :D
