Avengers team-leader: Blonde Phantom? Commissioner Murdock? This confirms, to me, that the adventures in this mini were 100% imaginary. Its kind of irratating that it takes readers FOUR more cover prices to find out. Good for misdirection/marketing manipulation but bad for peoples pocketbook pennies.
Plus seems no closure with apparently the series "E.E." mystery is never solved.
Also strongly suggests that all the 616-mainstream title FB adventures were not real either, right? The one page interludes ofthis mini seem to be what will be real to the content of all patrons of canon only. Of course, maybe its all just Cranio mucking with Rob's mind... aRRgh!
Smiled at the silver age interpretation of the kick-me Avenger, Dr Druid:

Hmmm. After this, did only Sentry really BELIEVE he had a time machine that rescued Captain Marvel(Khn'nr) - and it was not one - but got Reed and Tony to believe it too, somehow, not mention the readers who bought the Captain Marvel mini.
My FF continuity concerns from last issue seem moot now:

but still am curious where this page is froM:

Must admit am very curious to see when/if Cranio appears in a 616-mainstream title. And if this mini will speed up a Sentry definitive origin now.

: Interestingly enough, while Age of the Sentry
: #1 seemed to simply be a collection of short
: stories "that never were" with the
: Sentry as protagonist and a Golden or Silver
: Age feel to them, Age of the Sentry #2
: implies something different... It also
: contains two short stories with the same
: feel, but the ending sequences seem to
: suggest that there might be more to this
: miniseries than meets the eye. In
: particular, the second story's ending
: sequence seems to possibly suggest that
: these stories are indeed not real, but might
: be even just a mental construct used to
: "trap" the real Sentry. I guess
: we'll see what the rest of the series holds
: in store...
