I think Lindy's request the Iron Maniac depower her husband 'before he kills us all' also points towards her being a Skrull. Bendis said the Skrull got no thought balloons, right? Well, I don't recall this creature ever having any. Then there's the supposed death. Skrulls can take greater bodily trauma than us. Either it was shown before it had self-repaired what Ultrette did to it or the real Lindy did die and a Skrull is who Bobby found alive when he got home...
