Missed Opportunities

I'm not the biggest Sentry fan. It waxes and wanes and I always feel like I'm more a fan of his potential. That said, I have to wonder why nothing is made of the fact that Sentry has all these memories of fighting beside the Silver Age heroes that they don't. I think the allusion to a fling with Crystal of the Inhumans is as far as it's been taken. I didn't buy any of the Sentry minis but I would buy one if it was going to show how key stories from my childhood 'really' happened. Was the Sentry in on the first showdown with Thanos? Was he a prior member of any super-team? He'd make most sense as an Avenger but he'd still work as a Defender. Heck, Ghost Rider never made sense as a Champion. Maybe Sentry was really the last member and everybody falsely put Ghost Rider in that spot after Mastermind's excellent work.
