No, the land of Asgard still exists, it's just been devestated.
And Loki being dead doesn't make the magical enchantments disappear. The magic in the Wrecker's crowbar still works, and as we saw in Fantastic Four #536, Mjolnir still has it's power even though Thor and Odin are gone.
