S.H.E. in Civil War: Frontline #8 (and the Void)

It's nice to see several members of S.H.E. in Civil War: Frontline #8. Although it beggars the question as to them being dead in the second Sentry mini-series (obviously that was a trick by the Void).
The new Red Dragon talks about how her precedessor was killed by the Void (as seen in the first Sentry mini-series). How would they know this? I thought CLOC made everyone forget again?????
Any theories?
