Thanks for the summary. Its nice to see that the Sentry wasn't punked by the more popular character like Wolverine. Hopefully, the Sentry will be earning more and more respect within the Marvel Universe. AC --Previous Message-- : I'll try to sum it up best I can. The issue : starts of with Wolverine having his neck : severed by two goons in Whirlwind armors. : Apparently they don't know much about : Wolverine since they believe that since his : neck has been slashed he's gonna die. They : turn their attention on a third goon who : Wolverine nearly killed only to hear him : mutter "behind you". Two : Atlantean's show up to help Logan (who is : already back up on his feet at this time). : As Wolverine gets ready to launch back into : the fight Sentry crashes in through the roof : with SHIELD agents requesting Wolverine to : stand down. Logan replies that even though : Bob hasn't known him for that long that he's : the kinda guy who stands up not down. One : of the SHIELD agents tells Wolverine that : he's in violation of the Act, before he : finish though Wolverine stabs him and says : "Sorry bub, couldn't hear ya. Mind : repeating that last part?" Sentry then : grips him by his neck with the words : "Allow me to translate". Sentry : flings Wolverine arcoss the room mentioning : that Tony has made Logan's file availible to : him so he knows about Wolverine's skeleton : and healing factor. He says that Logan's : healing factor may prevent him from dying, : but that he'll still feel pain. Logan : thinks that Sentry hits about as hard as : Galactus, gets up, and says that he and pain : are old friends while lunging at Sentry. : Sentry evades him and grips the claws (with : his bare hands) and tells Logan that he : really wanted no part of this but that Logan : left him with no choice but to get involved. : He then sqeezes Wolverine's claw bones : against his hands which tears Wolverine's : tendons and leaves him in some serious pain. : He then finishes up by saying that the pain : is almost over and delivers a punch which : KO's Wolverine. : : Thats it for the Sentry's involvement. The : rest of the issue has Wolverine escaping : from SHIELD custody and going to find the : CEO of Damage Control who he kills. All in : all Sentry handled Wolverine. It was a good : showing for both guys, but really Wolverine : shouldn't stand a chance.
