One of hulks new tiny gladiator alien insect buddy Miek is used in some dream sequence to show the incredible Hulk's subconsious hate the Hulk has for his dear pal the Sentry due to the Sentry making Hulk sleep on his Kitchen floor as well as his hate for others in the marvel universe who have done him wrong such as Nick Fury, Reed Richards, Iron Man, Doc Strange etc. etc.
the book just came out maybe two weeks ago if not last week.
