Well, it wasn't just Pepper Ann. A large number of the older shows vanished from the line-up on November 1st, 2004. When they started the "Bonus Stacks". This was also shortly after the new Toon Disney look took place. You're right though, Jetix didn't help one bit. It really ate into the late night line-up where most of the older shows once were.
