Wow! I know that really well. That's MLK Blvd., which is also M-99(formerly S. Logan Street) at the former LS&MS RR trackage that ran between Lansing and Hillsdale. All in SW Lansing. It's now JAIL RR. The empty hopper cars stored on that trackage above are for the Quality Dairy plant, that make plastic milk jugs, which is located on S. Washington Ave. between ., Mt. Hope Avenue and S. MLK Blvd. The current end of that trackage is at Reid Scrap Yard which is to the right (not visible). The segment between S. W. Lansing and Albion were abandoned in 1940. Passenger train service, which was the mixed train 64/65 between Lansing and Hillsdale was discontinued in 1940. My late aunt and uncle formerly lived on W, Rundle Ave., which is on the left west off S. MLK Blvd.(not visible) until they sold their house six years ago. They are now deceased.
