Back in the early 1960's I was a teen-ager who often frequented the Kalamazoo depot. I remember one Autumn Sunday night when the westbound NYC Twilight Limited had 16 cars, about double of normal. I was told that on that day the Bears had played the Lions in Detroit and the extra cars were for fans returning to Chicago. I don't know the score of that game, but I do remember the 16 cars!
