Several years ago I was at the Bentley Library in Ann Arbor doing research and I came across the file that the PRR had concerning the abandonment of the Missaukee Branch. Here is the map that they used in their work to abandon the Jennings Branch and the Michelson line. There is also a track profile from MP 14 to Merritt showing proposed upgrades. This would be used in an application to abandon to the ICC to show that the branch needed investment to continue operating and the return on investment wouldn't justify continued operation. Also here is a timetable page from the September 18,1927 Grand Rapids Division Employee Timetable that shows the stations of the Missaukee Branch on that date. Lastly is the AFE for the removal of the track from Merritt to Michelson.
