Conrail and CSX had their own separate tracks on the Westside until 1984. For MIGN to get to CSX, they would have had to back onto the GT, pull ahead across the diamond, then back onto CSX via the interchange in the NE quadrant.. MIGN / Conrail interchange was done in the "North" yard between Ann and Turner.
