You threw me there for a moment, this says GR&I Bridge at M.S. Bridge, not GR&I wreck. So PF is probably correct this is the GR&I bridge washed downriver by logs at the LSMS bridge. I never heard it called the M.S. bridge before but that seems like a likely explanation.
