You're correct about some of these ebayers using shills. I used to bid on PTT's from a certain site and always was outbid no matter how I tried to get their first or how much I bid. They don't like people who want to preserve history. It's just a scam half of the time. I contacted ebay about this person using blind bidders and never heard a thing from them.
