Quite the contrary....Croswell is at the near easterly extreme of the Thumb's agriculture, and the Brown City grain loading complex isn't that far away, and is better able to economically ship out multiple carloads/unit trains. Yeah, the old grain co-ops make for great pictures and models, but sometimes modernizing operations is in everyone's best interest.
