Does anyone know for sure what happened to the 2 Hiawatha cars that were on the Lansdowne when it was scrapped in Buffalo? I know that Wargo Enterprises, who was doing the scrapping, put a scrap value of $25k each on them (Arrow Creek and Gold Creek), but can not find anything beyond that. With 4 of the same series currently preserved and with the shape they were in, it would not surprise me that they have been cut up. I'd just like to find out for sure.
