I see very few trains that acutally stopped at FN.
If a time is only shown in the "departure" column,
that means "passing" time; it didn't stop. For example, TL-2 entered the block at Alexis at 1:36,
passed FN at 3:53 and cleared the block at Mill at 4:19.
