Here is a photo of a C&O train on the GTW's tracks switching the WCI (Gibson) warehouse in 1981. The two railroads shared the switching duties. The warehouse foreman told me that WCI prefered to ship by the GTW but they gave them bad service. WCI was loading out about 10 to 15 cars a day at this time. In the 1970's the GTW had a fleet of 40' boxcars with this stenciled on the sides: "When Empty Return to GTW Agent Greenville Mich".
