The Central Michigan took over the GTW's Durand to Muskegon line in 1987. As far as the locos go in the steam era they used Mike's for freights, Consol's for locals, and Pacific's for passenger trains. I think they dropped steam in 1958. In the diesel era they used SW1200RS's, GP9's, GP18's, GP38's, and EMD and Alco switchers for local and yard duty. Basicly just the paint schemes changed from the 60's to the 80's with the exception of the GP38's. TN
