Again outsourcing is a big problem because Americans are much more expensive than those in India or China. Incidentally if you want to talk about sounding like a broken record, most of your posts have the same theme as well. Maybe the names and the circumstances change, but it's still rather predictable so I hardly think I'm the only one who keeps repeating oneself.
