We should adopt the system that I believe exists in the UK, where losers of frivolous lawsuits pay for the cost of court time.

This moron is suing her college because she can't find a job. She complains that the career counseling office works harder for students who have better grades. Well, no **** Sherlock. She thinks employers should be clamoring to snatch up someone who didn't even maintain a B average, and she holds her alma mater responsible.
Seriously, what the hell is the matter with people and this ridiculous sense of entitlement they have? And her lawyer is saying more students should be doing this?
