Did you read what you wrote? If this is true, then you agree with what Alex posted below. I know you'll find offense in my statement, and I don't mean it to be that way, but read what you wrote. Prior to the Letterman incident, Palin was not going on talk shows or otherwise seeking out media attention. You said, "...people are beginning to realize what an ass Palin is...". Quite frankly, I think people formed their opinions about her during the campaign, and not much has changed anybody's mind since then. Most democrats hate her, and many republicans love her (especially the Christian crowd). I don't think many people have changed their opinion of her since November, certainly not because of this incident.

First of all, I didn't recall you ever making even a single crack about Obama -- at least on this forum. I did a search for "Obama" and "Alan", and only found one time when you said something "negative" about Obama. You just said "Obama is going to have to raise taxes. Do you really think that after 8 years of running up record deficits there aren't going to be tax increases?" ("Here are the facts" posted by Alan 10/30/2008 5:31 pm). I realize the archives only go back to May 2008, however, so there may have been stuff said earlier than that. But, between May 2008 and today, that was the only "negative" thing I could find, and again, it came off to me as more about bashing the Bush administration than bashing Obama.
Honestly, most of the stuff I've seen you post about has contained negative comments about all things Republican -- pretty much exclusively.
