I actually like some of the aesthetics of that house. All the glass really makes use of the beautiful surroundings.
The kitchen needs to be modernized. Mid-century modern kitchens are not today functional.
The furniture looks faded in the pictures too, so you'd think for 2.3 Million they'd reupholster. That is of course on the assumption that like a Frank Lloyd Wright home, the entire living space is supposed to be preserved to the original architect's vision, thus all furniture is included in the sale.
