I have been working on the AFI's 100 Years 100 Movies list. I've only seen 25 of them and I want to see all 100 before the end of 2009. I've been getting them from Netflix 2 at a time, but I didn't watch any during the month of November. I figure if I watch 2 a week I can make it. It may be difficult, because I often don't have the time to watch a movie in the evenings, but at least it's a resolution I can enjoy trying to stick to.

: I've always thought New Year's resolutions
: were a bit silly. If you have something to
: change, why not just do it now?
: Nonetheless, this time of the year always
: seems to inspire people to make changes in
: their lives, or at least to think of things
: they'd like to change. So, anyone make any
: of these silly things this year?
:
: What I'd like to accomplish:
:
: - get more cardio endurance. I lift weights
: all the time, but have been ignoring cardio.
: I have run a couple 5Ks and hated it! But
: I'd like to be able to run a 10K this year
: w/o dying.
:
: - find peace. Seriously. I have a very
: short temper, and it's stupid, because I get
: ticked off at stupid stupid crap. There are
: people in the world with real, life or death
: problems, and I'm fuming because the remote
: control to my satellite radio (in my car no
: less) stopped working? Give me a freaking
: break!
:
: - say no to chocolate chip cookies (that one
: has 0% chance of sticking)
:
: - land a great job at the CDC (which is not
: up to me really)
:
: - resume piano lessons as soon as the MBA is
: done
:
: - get back to writing
:
: Anyone else?
