Huh. So said employee finally got let go. Didn't think that would happen based on her activities around the office.
And regarding the fed lowering rates... I have a friend who works for Wells Fargo and I emailed him about the possibility of it happening, and refinancing, and he said that if/when it happens, it will likely just be for new purchases (to spur the economy) and not for refinances. Pbbth.
