Affirmitive action sucks, all it is , is letting blacks and other races ( other than white) have their way even if they do not deserve it. Think about it, My wife had a 3.5 g.p.a. in college and was turned down for financial aid because she did not fit the catagory of being either....an unwed mother, black, and or on welfare. They need to earn it just like anyone else. Affirmitive action is an insult to blacks because it says that they can't do it on their own, they need help. before anyone posts a negative feedbck, just think about what affirmitive action really is. At my job, they had to hire a black woman because they needed to fill a quota, that black woman might not have been the most qualified either, I think they should hire the best no matter what race they are.
