I can appreciate his work-ethic. Even the week before the super bowl he was at the senior bowl I believe it was...you're right the guy scouts his butt off. I think he really enjoys that part of football.
I was reading an article once about Ted where they were interviewing Mike Holmgren. Mike really wanted to get a player(can't remember who it was) in FA and he would consult Ted on the decision. Mike says that Ted would tell him "eh, I can find better in the draft"...
I think Ted really gets a natural high with being able to find hidden talent in the draft.
