And no I'm not talking about getting a run game going against the Bears, although that'd be nice.
I'm talking about in one place I go I have to hear anti-Favre bashing constantly and in the other place I have to hear anti-Rodgers, anti-Ted Thompson and it's so utterly ridiculous.
Why can't fans just accept that Favre was a spectacular QB for the Packers for 15 years? He's a hall of game QB that gave us alot of good memories and he played for the Vikings for two years so what? Let's get over it and move on we don't need to degrade Favre as he gave alot to the Packers and I'll always be thrilled he was a Packer for so long and did so well.
On the other side, why is there such a hatred for TT? Are you really going to argue that he hasn't done at least a solid job? His actions have now put the Packers into two NFC championship games which is better then what we were doing for a long time. He's drafted many star players on this team that are solid playmakers. Also do we need to degrade Rodgers or somehow devalue him? Do we really need to go through the past QBs that the Packers had before Favre? I'd consider us blessed with the fact we have such a young, very good to great QB that Kurt Warner just referred to as one of the elite in the NFL.
Why can't we find some kind of a balance?
