Aikman had some rather astute criticisms of Aaron during the game I thought, mostly for not getting rid of the ball and costing critical yardage losses.
But you are right...I think it's actually his personality, something he can't do too much to change...that will prevent him from becoming a truly great QB.
And if he doesn't sustain a major injury the way things are going it will be a miracle.
