My organization is submitting an application to a foundation we applied to last year. Their application is exactly the same as it was last year, and our answers have changed very little. Is it alright to cut and paste from last year's proposal and just make the minor changes as needed? We don't have to re-write the whole proposal just for the sake of rewriting it, do we?
