I've had some success and have been told that I write excellent proposals. I am now interested in writing grants on a freelance basis to: 1) hone my skills, and 2) supplement my salary. I'm not yet ready to start my own consulting firm and am not sure how to go about securing freelance opportunities. Does anyone have any suggestions about how best to go about this? Thanks!
