Lets rewind a bit here. I am not in any way suggesting that grant writing should be part of the budget. I am asking if there is a way or a person who will agree to a contract, but without receiving payment at the time. This is because the organization does not have funds now for the work that a writer does, but will have soon. One of the many reasons why we will be able to affors it then, is because of an increased cash flow when grants are granted. Obviously it will also be in addition to personal and corporate gifts.
