My org. is in dire need of a grant writer, we are growing and need funding. The catch is that we cannot really afford one as of yet. Is there such a concept of paying a percentage of the grant, or any other way of not having to pay up front but at a later time, but with a guarantee in some way? Please let me know of any suggestions, or person who accepts jobs on certain terms.
