I STRONGLY agree with Colm, I too attended a Grant Institute 3 day seminar, this one in Minneapolis, MN. It was probably the WORST seminar that I have ever attended - it was a huge disappointment. The topics promised were not covered, lousy instructor. Then to top it off, I wrote the company to complain, never have heard back from them. It was a huge waste of time and money. You are wise to investigate before you buy, good luck!
