I believe that your best source of information would be with the Small Business Administration. They can help you find low-interest loans. Plus your local community's economic development department may have funding available for "woman-owned" businesses.
If you want to give me some geographic information, I may provide the locality-specific information you need. I do not need a specific address, just your state, your county, and your municipality. If you know whether or not your community is an entitlement community, that information would also be helpful.
This message board unfortunately is probably not the place where you will find funding sources since most of the philanthropic dollars that are available are for nonprofit organizations.
