Good question. Perhaps I should clarify: This person is the President of the Board of Directors. A key function of the B.O.D., led by its chairman (in this case it's President), is to determine the effectiveness of the leader of the organization (regardless of title). Thus, my concern, I suppose, is that there seems to be a lack of checks and balances in the system.
