It would be helpful to have someone conduct strategic planning for your organization which should inlcude developing a plan to fund its operations and programs. Taking the time to develop a funding plan would help you identify and diversify the types of revenue required to support your organization. Internally it would eliminate some of the financial crisis as well as provide a strategy for raising funds. Externally it would demonstrate actions toward sustainability which could make the organization more attractive to funders.
