I am currently going through the same thing you are experiencing. I worked for a charter school, where I was awarded almost every grant I applied for including fed, state, and foundation grants. I know work for a health care organization and am finding it tough to pull out grants. The grants I am getting now are alot smaller, and I am getting alot more rejections. Luckily, since my boss and his boss know that this is a new position, they understand.
