You don't really need a portfolio or examples of your work. No one ever asks to see those. (Maybe once someone wanted a writing sample, but just once that I can ever remember.) All you need are satisfied clients who will give you a strong recommendation. Grantwriters build their client list through referrals. If you get a reputation for getting grant awards for your clients, no one will ever ask to see examples of your work. Results are all that matters.
