Recently, I found out that one of the non-profits I consult with is considering seeking funding from the Playboy Foundation. I work in the deep South and the climate here is extremely conservative. I believe that receiving funding from this foundation would be offensive to some of our funders and alienate many of our female supporters. I know the Playboy Foundation supports civil liberties and 1st amendment rights but I do not think that is what is going to cross our supporters minds when they find out. Any input would be appreciated.
