I talked to my our accountant and he said the same thing about the bank account. That's the only real thing I was concerned about. The groups work just fine together in every way, but we just wanted to make things a little more logical and less complicated for everyone by having our own bank account. I wanted to make sure that we weren't opening ourselves up to future problems. I'm not sure why the organizations were set up the way they were, but I think we can live with the set up. Thanks,
