Since you have changed jobs often, why? You love doing np work, maybe a co worker or two make it harder? The work load and maybe not enough time for play? Which position did you like the most? I know some jobs I have had I got a lot of personal satisfaction from knowing I did my best. Sometimes it seemed the lack of appreciation factored in. What Color is your Parachute is an excellent book to identify some of these issues. You have to know what motivates you. Great sales people (generally) are motivated by money. Some of us need to feel appreciated. When we get that, we bend over backwards with loyalty and extra ways we can serve to our best capacity. Some of us are motivated to "get done", the feeling of accomplishment is the rush, then it's, "What's next?" Long projects can wear on us when it seems it never ends. (Like housework!!) Some are motivated by after work plans, vacations, travel,...FUN! Whatever it is, sometimes someone who you trust and knows you well can probably tell you. Careful with that, they also can tell us our shortfalls, too! Good luck!
